This hotel was perfect for a romantic escape! the rooms were spacious and well-lit, which made for a cozy and comfortable setting for our stay. the hotel's location was also a huge plus, as it was conveniently located near multiple shops and entertainment options. We loved being able to easily walk to the mall, where we could enjoy a variety of restaurants and stores.
It was a little nerve-wracking trying to make our way across the dual carriageway, but luckily we made it across safely!

I had a great stay with my children at this hotel! the friendly staff did their best to communicate in English, making us feel welcome. the location was perfect, with the mall and river just a short walk away. the rooms were clean and well-illuminated, providing a comfortable space for us to relax. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a supermarket nearby for any necessities. a convenient and pleasant stay for families!
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to communicate in English, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to both the mall and the river. I particularly loved that it was near the city's bus station and my friend's residence, making it a convenient choice for my stay.

The hotel was always clean and tidy, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Although the counter staff didn't speak English, there was always someone available who could assist in English. The rooms were well illuminated, adding to the pleasant ambiance. The hotel's location within the secure grounds of the Metro supermarket was a great advantage, as it provided easy access to most things you may need. the proximity to popular fast-food chains like McDonalds and KFC was a bonus.
One downside of the hotel was the challenging task of crossing the dual carriageway to reach the neighboring mall. It felt like taking your life into your own hands!
